1. Do you take commissions?

Yes, I am taking commissions. Please fill out Commission form or email me at jfredde@gmail.com. 

 2. How can I be the first to know when new paintings are available?

The best way to find out about new work that I've added is to follow me on Instagram.

3. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, but please note that for international orders, any taxes and duties due upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

4. Can I custom order a print size?

Yes, email me at jfredde@gmail.com with the painting information and desired size and I will let you know more details. 

5. What medium do you use?

I mostly work in oil paint but I use other mediums too. 

6. I want to buy a painting, but I don't see it in the shop?

Original paintings and prints are sold through galleries and directly through my studio. Please email jfredde@gmail.com and I will reply with any questions you may have. 

7. Can I visit your studio in Dallas?

Email me at jfredde@gmail.com to set up an appointment. 

8. What's your return/exchange policy?

All paintings, prints, and products are final sale. 

9.  I live in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Can I eliminate shipping costs?

Of course! I offer free delivery to the greater DFW area. Contact me to arrange for delivery.
